These are DOCG wines ( Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed) which follow scrupulous rules of production. The cellar, very important to produce and to age wine, is a magic place, full of ancient secrets. The wine matures there day after day evolving its unique blend of colour, flavour and bouquet.
While tasting wine you also have the opportunity to visit some beautiful and important historical places of the area such as castles, abbeys and medieval villages and relax in front of genuine Italian food.
