The service can be booked either online

The booking must contain more information possible: the customer’s personal details, the day, the time and the type of the service, the number of people requesting the service. For the transfers to and from the airport, railway station, port you are to indicate the arrival and departure location, the time, the name of the company/ship, the flight number.
CONFIRMATION The service will be confirmed within 24 hours.
PREPAYMENT When booking the service you will be asked to prepay 30% of the fee. This can be paid by credit card, or a bank transfer.
CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE REQUESTED In case you want to cancel the service it must be done at least 48 hours before the arrival date. In this case no penalty will be charged. If the service is cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, the customer will be charged 50% of the fee for the service. If the service is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, the customer will have to pay the full fee quoted for the service.
For transfers to/from the airports, railway stations, in case of flight/train delay we must be advised before. We also want to be informed about the new flight/train arrival information. In this case the service will be guaranteed without an extra charge . in case you doesn’t inform us the service will be cancelled automatically and the full fee will be charged.
PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE The payment of the full balance of the service should be effected:
- by cash at the completion of the service.
- by credit card
- by bank transfer
As soon as the reservation is confirmed the bank details will be communicated.
